Claims must include a valid receipt. Improper use of products voids warranty. We will repair of replace item at our discretion.  Please email of image of defective area so we can determine if we can simply ship you a replacement part to save you the hassle and time of return shipping   Please note: Do not stand on cooler seats or exceed seated weight limit and do not sit on coolers while they are attached to the trolley. If your product has been discontinued but it is eligible for warranty, we will provide an alternate product as close to your original as possible.
